This point also suggests the exchange of dead bodies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the <strong>Armenian armed forces <\/strong>have left hundreds of bodies on the territories that are currently under the Azerbaijani control, the process has been taking days. Additionally, the Armenian side has yet to gain access to the districts of Jabrayil and <strong>Fizuli<\/strong> to conduct searches of dead bodies of soldiers and civilians and people whose fate is unknown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the abovementioned agreement lacks any dates on the process of returning the dead bodies and exchange of the prisoners of war, the Armenian side is now facing serious issues on safely returning the captured soldiers home..<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While the Azerbaijani side claims that the process of exchanging the prisoners of war will take place after the exchange of dead bodies, Arman Tatoyan, the Human Rights Defender of Armenia, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ombuds.am\/en_us\/site\/ViewNews\/1402\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">is warning about the Azerbaijani side intentionally protracting the process.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">URGENT! <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Azerbaijan?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">#Azerbaijan<\/a> artificially delays exchange of prisoners of war, captives, bodies &amp; continues releasing videos of <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/torture?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">#torture<\/a>. It is not a secret that Azerbaijani soldiers are essentially \u2018trained\u2019 to torment the captured Armenians physically and psychologically, thus demoralizing the society and affecting its mental immunity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arman Tatoyan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ombuds.am\/en_us\/site\/ViewNews\/1397\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">has reported<\/a> more than once about the Azerbaijan\u2019s atrocities. These reports are grounded by dozens of videos published and spread by the Azerbaijani armed forces. Unfortunately, no dates or details on carrying out the agreement on the exchange captives are known.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And while the Armenian side has Azerbaijani captives too, there aren\u2019t as many.
